Club Penguin: Fog Forest?

Hey everyone! Avngd7fold here. I have found a secret Club Penguin room that is called the Foggy Forest I think. You can find by clicking this Link Right here: This Link and when you log in and click on a server this is where you should go.

You can see the picture better if you tilt the screen back and if your brightness is low. You can you a BIG puffle by a penguin holding a puffle. What does this mean? What do you think this is for? Tell me your thoughts about this room and what you think this is.
